Ingredients
- 3/4 of a medium yellow onion (or 1 small)
- 1 package egg noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 pound steak tips
- 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- enough vegetable oil to cover your pan
Instructions
- Boil water and cook noodles according to instructions
- Season and brown the steak with a bit of oil until it's medium-done
- While that's cooking, chop onions and brown them with the butter
- Combine the beef and onions.
- Drain and add mushrooms.
- Add mushroom soup and milk.
- When the noodles are done and the meat is ready, drain the noodles, combine, stir, and serve.
